Writing Rap is a newspaper-format collection of South African hip hop writing, some of which has been published previously, produced specifically for the first edition Lephephe Print Gatherings, a marketplace for printed things and new ideas around publishing organised by the Keleketla! Library alongside Title in Transgression.

Besides myself, Sabelo Mkhabela and Tshego Mosiane have contributed work. It’s a work of wonder; a beautiful object…and oh shit, you can download a pdf copy here.
