Tumi Mogorosi and Gabisile Motuba have been cookin’ food with the Swiss. The new serving is called Sanctum Sanctorium. If we’re using their past work together — both under Tumi’s Project Elo, and under Gabisile’s The Trip — is the barometer, then the dish shall be delightful in all ways.
